Tourism Olou Program
It is an on-the-job training program created to give fresh graduates the tools they need to succeed in their chosen fields. It also provides them with a wide range of tasks and routes to improve their skills and build their capabilities, allowing them to stay on top of the dynamic and rapid changes in the local and global tourism markets.
The Olou program aims to attract new college graduates from all over the world who have degrees in academic fields that align with TDF's vision and aspirations for fostering a vibrant tourism ecosystem that enhances the traveler's experience.
Requirements:

Academic grade should be Very Good or higher, or its equivalent.

The minimum IELTS score should be 5.5 or above, or its equivalent.

The applicant’s age should be 26 years old or less for BA graduates, and 28 or less for MA degree holders.

The applicant's work experience should not exceed one year.

The applicant should pass all exams and interviews provided by TDF.

The academic major should be within the program’s targeted majors.
