TDF Hosts ‘Tourism Development Townhall’ in the Eastern Province

The Tourism Development Fund (TDF) has concluded its Eastern Province visit, engaging with regional leaders and investors to discuss major tourism projects, including The Ritz-Carlton Al Khobar, Nobu Hotel, and Ajdan Fairmont. The visit aimed to empower private sector investment and strengthen the region’s position as a key tourism hub.

TDF CEO Qusai Al-Fakhri reaffirmed the Fund’s commitment to driving sustainable tourism growth, fostering public-private partnerships, and attracting foreign investment.

The visit culminated in the "Tourism Development Townhall", held in partnership with the Eastern Province Chamber of Commerce, where TDF executives presented financial and non-financial solutions to support tourism investors.

TDF has enabled 17 tourism projects in the region, with SAR 12.6 billion in investments, adding 2,140 hotel rooms to the Eastern Province’s tourism sector.
